Today we celebrate the things that make us Canadian:
– apologizing when someone else bumps into us
– paying $14 for strawberries and pretending it’s fine
– saying “I'm just gonna sneak past ya” in a crowd
- pretending our national bird isn't built on pure rage

So enjoy the fireworks. Eat the hot dogs. Drink a ceaser. Wave the flag. And if a goose starts eye contact from 40 feet away…
