artisan cordials / syrups + shave ice ( craft snow cones ) with all natural ingredients , made in Squamish . Find us from North Vancouver to Whistler.

With a promise of using predominately locally grown ingredients to make their syrups, instead of using the common artificially flavoured day-glo & flavoured ones, frostbites became known for their fresh, unique, whimsical flavours. Owners, Peggy + Martyn, knew they were on to something great when their farmer’s market booth became a weekly stop for kids of all ages. Alongside the boom of local distilleries in BC, customers started demanding to be able to take bottles of frostbites syrups home with them to stir up cocktails and craft sodas. By 2013, Peggy + Martyn established themselves as syrup manufacturers, bottling up their seasonally inspired syrups year round in Squamish, BC. Use frostbites syrups to craft drinks, boost smoothies, drizzle over desserts, brighten up popsicles, or add to any other culinary endeavor

You can find frostbites on the shelves of select, locally owned stores, as well as being served in restaurants and cafes around BC.

We’ve been busy in the kitchen getting all of our ducks (cordials) in a row for the holiday season. Our first show this year is Circle Craft Holiday Market in Vancouver! See you in 3 weeks, Vancouver!!

“Do you make the ice”? Yup. It takes 3 days in our big walk in freezer for them to freeze solid, and it takes up some seriously prime real estate in there…..but the buckets are all washed, sanitized, dried and ready to be tucked away for the winter . I’m always full of mixed emotions at the end of the season - happy to put it all away until next spring because, well, I’m tired of hauling all of that ice and syrup around and my body screams for rest…..but boy oh boy do I miss everyone’s happy faces when they come to the stand excited for a cone!
This little shave ice stand will see you in 2027….for our 18th year!💥

Well that was fun, Squamish!!! You guys showed up and brought the cool factor. Big thanks to all of the volunteers who make the Brackendale Fall Fair the best event in town! We’re already looking forward to next year!

Today’s the day! My favourite Squamish community event of the year - Brackendale Fall Fair 10-5
It’s going to be a beauty of a day and I’ve got my bestest team with me serving up the deliciousness all day. Hope to see you there………AND it would mean so much to me if you take any pictures of us or of you eating a cone to either tag us (Frostbites Syrup Co ) or send me the pic!!! Thanks!

Hey Squamish! Today is our last Squamish Farmers Market of the season! You can catch us one last time in Squamish next Saturday at the Brackendale Fall Fair but then we need to put the machine into hibernation until next spring,

Not a fancy photo of a composed and styled drink….just a pic of a delicious cocktail I am drinking at home tonight!! No fancy name for it, yet.

1.5 oz bourbon wh***ey
1 oz frostbites switchel (a honey sweetened apple c***r-ginger syrup)
1/2 oz lemon juice
2 oz dry apple c***r

Add all ingredients to an iced filled glass. Stir gently.
Cheers!
(But seriously, what can we call this?)
