Copper Pot Preserves prides itself in making small batch preserves and pickled items just like grandma used to make- but all with a bit of a gourmet twist! Fill your cupboard, give a gift or create custom wedding favours from the local seasonal bounty all while supporting a local small business. I follow best practices to prepare and create our products with fruits, berries & veggies from our BC f

armers and other vendors who are involved with the local farmers markets. Each season I seem to create some new and delicious flavour combinations so please come visit me at the next market to try some yummy preserves- and of course custom orders, gift wraps and wedding favours are always available!

It’s FARMERS MARKET Day tomorrow! I’ve had so many people ask “is the market almost done?” NOPE! is running all the way until December 20th this year. Same place in downtown town Squamish, rain wind or snow! Slightly different time though 🕦. Come and join us with our new winter market hours from 10-2pm to stock up on organic dill pickles, less sugar jams and all things local!

What easy summer meal dreams are made of when we are testing a recipe in progress 👩🏼‍🍳toasted jalapeño cheddar sourdough from 🧀. Sliced fresh tomato from 🍅. Cured bacon from 🥓. Homemade pesto mayo and the in the works spiced tomato jam 🤤. Currently being tested with the abundance of tomatoes from my personal garden 🌱🌱. Coming soon to a market soon! 🫙🫚🍅
