Like a Phoenix rising from the ashes, Golden Dragon is so back! Sweet, sticky, garlicky, with just enough sambal heat to keep you reaching for your pint. Topped with black & white sesame seeds and green onions.

What's the rumpus? Our latest Dry Irish Stout pays tribute to Leo O'Bannon, the hard-headed Irish mob boss from the Coen Brothers' classic Miller's Crossing. Pouring jet black with a creamy tan head, this one delivers notes of freshly roasted coffee, dark chocolate and toasted bread, with a smooth body and a crisp, dry finish. At once bold and understated, much like Leo himself. As the man says, "Nobody knows anybody. Not that well." But we reckon you'll get along just fine with this one.

Experiment Hay IPA #7
ABV 6.7% IBU 30

The latest release in our Experimental IPA Series continues our pursuit of maximum hop expression without sacrificing balance or drinkability.

This batch was brewed with NZ106, a new experimental hop variety from New Zealand, alongside Rakau and Nelson Bliss. Expect a vibrant mix of ripe stone fruit, juicy peach and apricot, tropical citrus and fresh white grape, with hints of gooseberry and a touch of dank resin underneath. Soft on the palate with a saturated hop character and a clean, restrained bitterness.

Inspired by the amber la**rs of Franconia, this one pours a deep copper with a rich, toasty malt character, notes of fresh bread crust and caramel, and just enough noble hop bitterness to keep everything crisp and balanced. Smooth, clean and dangerously drinkable-because unlike the passengers aboard the Jailbird, this b**r has its s**t together.⁠

No unnecessary explosions. No questionable Southern accents. No wind-blown Nicolas Cage hair.⁠

You’re Pretentious, This Club Sucks. I Have Beef.
Hazy DIPA
ABV 8.0% IBU 30

This Double IPA was brewed with Wa-iti, Nelson Bliss and Peacharine hops, delivering a full-on fruit assault of juicy peach, ripe nectarine, white grape and bright citrus. Big, saturated hop flavour is balanced by a soft malt body and a dangerously smooth finish that keeps its considerable horsepower surprisingly well hidden.

Is it a little over the top? Absolutely. But we're talking Double IPA here. We didn't come to play bass badly in someone's living room.

You're pretentious. This club sucks. We have beef. And this b**r is good enough to earn you at least one extra life.

Bread makes you fat. Double IPA probably does too.
