Creamy Chicken Pasta with a ✨Mediterranean Twist✨featuring our Italian Herb Signature Olive Oil

Elevating pasta night, right at home 🤍🫒

Juicy BBQ chicken marinated in Italian herbs and seasonings, tossed with linguine noodles in a creamy garlic herb sauce filled with fresh spinach, tomatoes, onions, lemon, and parmesan. A comforting Italian-inspired dish with fresh Mediterranean flavours in every bite!

Ingredients:

🍗 Chicken Marinade:

* Chicken breast
* O&V Italian Herb Signature Olive Oil
* Italian seasoning
* Fresh garlic
* Onion powder
* Salt & pepper

🍝 Pasta:

* Linguine noodles
* O&V Italian Herb Signature Olive Oil
* Butter
* Fresh garlic
* Onion
* Tomatoes
* Spinach
* Cream
* Lemon juice
* Freshly grated parmesan
* Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Marinate chicken with O&V Italian Herb Signature Olive Oil, Italian seasoning, fresh garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for 30 minutes to 1 hour before cooking.

2. BBQ chicken until cooked through and set aside. (Let the chicken rest for at least 5 minutes before you slice)

3. Cook linguine noodles according to package directions.

4. In a pan, sauté onions with butter, fresh garlic, and a drizzle of O&V Italian Herb Signature Olive Oil until soft and fragrant.

5. Add tomatoes and spinach, cooking until the spinach wilts and the flavours come together.

6. Stir in cream, lemon juice, and additional O&V Italian Herb Signature Olive Oil to create a creamy herb sauce.

7. Toss in the cooked linguine noodles until coated, then top with sliced BBQ chicken.

8. Finish with freshly grated parmesan and enjoy! 🤌🏼
