This Saturday(March 14) we’re bringing focaccia sandwich slices to the St. John’s Farmers’ Market.

• Classic Black Sesame

Marinated paneer wraps 🌯🔥

Paneer tossed in garlic, ginger, Kashmiri chilli, spicy chilli, turmeric, garam masala, yogurt, lime & oil.
Rest 30 mins for max flavor.

Roti dough — flour, salt, oil, water. Rolled thin.

Air fry paneer 375°F 10-15 min
Finish 400°F last 2 min for char.

Assemble → sauce → paneer → veggies → cheese (optional).
Roll tight. Bite happy.
