Today’s harvest consisted of Yukon Gold potatoes, a few sun sugar tomatoes, cucumber and snow peas🩷

The rest of my garlic is all harvested now. First step in the drying process is having them on this rack outside for the day.

Next step is to trim some of the stalk and hang to dry with a fan on them for air circulation. They will take anywhere from 4-6 weeks to completely dry for winter storage.🩷

My burning bush is already starting to turn red. I think the cool weather here in NL is confusing this bush🤣

Another Zucchini growing in the greenhouse!

It’s been a cooler and wet summer for growing this year in Newfoundland. The plants in the greenhouse are even behind.
