I don’t know if it is a thing or not we found beef tank is the most delicious part of beef meat. From the moment we started having it we could not find it more and everyone else started getting it so the stores were getting out of it as one cow used to have only one tongue ha ha ha ha 🤣

We always get it from Andaluzia Market and they have the best and various kinds.
