380 lbs later, we are headed back to town with a truck load of Heirloom Yellow Transparent and a variety of Macintosh for our friends at Mauzy!

My daughters helped on this run, getting your kids out in nature is so important and healthy for body and mind. Learning to enjoy and appreciate all the bounties of this beautiful island.

I absolutely love harvest season!!

Aronia Berry + Partridgeberry + Dandelion Flower. A break from our c***r, this is the first mead we ever made but the longest we've aged. Still a youthful mead and can be aged for years to come.

Our classic c***r is back, this vintage was produced as a orchard blend 65% William's Pride and 35% Nova Mac / Honeycrisp. All grown at Jefford's Orchard in Kelligrews. Spontaneous fermentation in neutral vessel. Zero added sulphites.

Feral apples and Farm on Forest Cascade hops co fermented for 9 months. We kept back some fresh hops in the deep fridge and dry hopped the entire batch 4 weeks before canning so expect a mucher more DANK experience!

New legislative change is allowing us to finally sell our locally made c***r and w**e in a farmers market setting. This has been a long time coming and something we've advocated for since our inception in 2021. Glad to finally get the chance to sell 100% locally farmed and foraged beverage in a local setting this Saturday.

100% Carbonic Maceration
8.2% ABV / 750ml

Our second vintage of Newfoundland's Concord W**e produced with grapes from Vardy's Vineyard out of Upper Gullies. We decided to go with full carbonic maceration on this vintage to help manage the foxiness and acidity of the Concord. Brings us a more balanced youthful w**e this year, and a boost to the fruity flavors of the Concord.

100% local ingredients, zero added sulphites.

Floral nose, fresh honey on the palate - deep earthy notes on the middle and oaked chardonnay finish. This mead is still somewhat young but will age well over the next 5+ years!
