My Kelsae sweet giant onions turned out pretty good. 🧅

Did you know that this variety holds the world record for largest onion ever grown? It was grown in the UK at a whopping 19.75lbs!!!

The last of the beet were cooked today but there was no bottling battle this time🤣

We decided to just cook the beet whole, peel and freeze for the winter.
