During the winter we are open for shorter hours as we get things ready for the next season. We are a family owned and operated farm that focuses on crop production and agritourism, we do not offer birthday parties or corporate rentals at this time. John Lester created a farming tradition that has lasted through seven generations. On this particular farm the fifth and sixth generations are farming; John and Mary Lester along with two of their sons Chris and Brad and daughter Susan have worked together to create a friendly, family oriented farm for all to enjoy. At Lester's we are proud to educate everyone about farming as it gives everyone who works there joy. Our farm grows over 100 varieties of vegetables from Asparagus to Zucchini! We also have a large garden center which usually runs from the last of May through July which is when we get into our vegetable season. They are delicious! Even better, you can pick your own berries! Of course, you never can walk by our lovable animals without stopping in to say hello! Eeyore, Mini, Petunia and the rest of the gang absolutely love to see everyone! Once your done, stop into our ice cream counter to grab a treat for the kids and then visit our bakery corner to see what home baked goodies have been made for you! At Lester's Farm Market we grow many things, however it is also where traditions grow. It is where you and your family get your pumpkin in the fall, it's where your children beg to go every Sunday, it's the place you go to get your yearly strawberries, it's the place where getting lost in a maze is fun, it's where you had your first tractor ride, it's the place where you go to get your pictures every fall, it's the place you go for your flowers, veggies, and more.
