on offset smoker, where we manage fire and airflow to get that clean, thin blue smoke you can achieve on a massive scale. But the secret is in what happens after the smoke. We use precision CVap holding technology to let the meat rest at the exact temperature and humidity needed for the collagen to break down perfectly without losing a drop of moisture. From the heavy steel of our smokers to the science of our holding ovens, every piece of equipment we use is there to ensure that when that rib or brisket hits your plate, it’s the best version of barbecue humanly possible. We’ve put in the years and the gear so you can taste the difference."

​Bush Call BBQ Catering is looking for a reliable person to join the team for the upcoming season! If you’re looking for casual part-time work in a laid-back environment and want to learn the ropes of authentic wood-fired BBQ, we’d love to hear from you.
​Pay: $20.00 – $25.00/hour (depending on experience).
​Part-Time / Casual: Flexible hours, perfect for someone looking for extra work on the side.
​The Work: Assisting with prep work, helping organize for catering events, and general support around the shop.
​The Trade: You’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at how we produce high-level smoked meats and manage professional catering.
