Harvest has started! It is always fun to see the pumpkins getting clipped from the plants. Just a reminder that tickets to visit our farm are per person this year, instead of per car load. Thank you to everyone who has already booked their spot to visit us. We look forward to seeing you🎃.

We are looking forward to seeing everyone soon🎃

Opening Day is September 12th! We have decided to push our opening weekend back compared to most years due to the poor weather and lack of growth. Hopefully, with a couple of extra weeks of sun and warmth the pumpkins will improve. The good news is we do have pumpkins! Our color palette this year is going to be more on the traditional side with mostly orange, black, and white pumpkins. Unfortunately, all of those bougie pumpkins that everybody loves so much, pinks, blues and reds, will not be available. If you are one of our newsletters subscribers, please check your email to find all of the details about this year‘s pumpkin patch.
Ticket sales open on September 5th at 8am!
Details can also be found on our website.

There’s something extra special about learning a new skill right where the ingredients are locally grown. 🍎🌿

Come spend some time with us at the farm and learn how to turn the season’s harvest into something delicious to take home and enjoy.

We have some wonderful hands-on classes coming up:
🥧 Apple Pie — learn how to make a beautiful, homemade apple pie from scratch.
🍎 Apple Pie Filling — preserve those gorgeous fall apples so you can enjoy homemade pie all year long.
🥒 Pickling Cucumbers — learn the art of pickling and turn fresh cucumbers into jars of crunchy goodness

Whether you’re new to preserving and baking or just want a fun day out at the farm, these classes are all about learning, gathering and making the most of what’s in season.

Spaces are limited, please dm to reserve your spot!

Some good news finally… The sunflowers are starting to bloom! We planted a a few cut flower varieties this year and they are doing great. We even picked our very first bouquet. As they begin to bloom, we will open an evening or two for u-pick sunflowers. Stay tuned.

We are sad to report that we will not have any corn this year😫. Sweet Corn needs lots of heat in order to grow, and this was just not the year for it. Hopefully next year is a better growing season.

Who would like to join me for an Apple Pie Making Class? We received such positive feedback from our Jam classes that we’ve decided to do an Apple Pie Class too, as well as a couple of Pickle Making Classes (stay tuned!). Our apple trees are loaded with fruit that’s ready to be used. Just like our jam class, you would meet me at the farm and we would pick some apples together. Then head into the house and go through all the steps of making a pie. Whether you’ve never made a pie before, because it scares you, or you just want an afternoon out, this class is for you. The class will be this Sunday August 23rd from 1-4:30 or 5pm, it costs $45 per person and is limited to 6 people. Everyone will go home with 3 lbs of apples, the recipe, and a pie that they can either bake that night, or freeze to eat later! DM to claim a spot.
