Happy Father's day!!!

Rory and I worked at the store today and then zipped to Regina with the boys for Supper..... and a movie!

My treat since it was Father's day of course.

We haven't been to a movie as a family in years! Years!

Toy Story 5 was the movie of choice..... we watched the other 4 movies together as a family... it was only fitting to watch #5

We have been running in and out of work for Kai's track at school and to the vet clinic.

Rory didn't bring his jacket to work as he thought: it's June, It will warm up during the day right?

He was wrong! He said he didn't even care at all what he looked like with his blanket from the car. 🤣😂

At work yesterday, Rory and I were trying our hardest to get home to watch the game..... we weren't able to leave when the game started so we both had it on our phones while still working.

I was checking off a delivery in the meat dept and had my phone in my bunny hug so I could still hear it.

Rory was cutting up stixs in the smokehouse room for the trail mix today.

We had about 5 staff members in the meat dept....

Rory screamed and yelled..... I knew in that moment that Canada had just scored our first goal of the game.

It scared the s**t out of everyone else though. 🤣😂

Vigo and I watched the replay on my phone and we all kept working.....

I was putting out groceries down the Aisles and making spaces for new products while still watching....at one point I got Vigo to hold my phone while I helped him make space on the shelf so I could multi-task and watch at the same time. 🤣😂

This has lead to the conclusion that we will be getting a couple of hanging TV's in the store so we can have sports on all the time.... and if there isn't any sports, we will put on a cooking show for the customers to enjoy. 😂🥰

The last picture I threw in was a memory of mine today, of our boys in grades: 1, 3 and 5..... wanna know why they're laughing and smiling so hard?!

I said "HAIRY BALLS" instead of "CHEESE". 🤣😂🤣

I wish it was still that easy to make them laugh instead of getting an eye roll. 😉😉

Guess what day it is?!?!?!?!

It's Andrea's Birthday!!! 🥳 🎉 🪅 🎊

If you have ever been in our store in the last 12-15 years....... you would have met this beautiful, caring, smart, fabulous woman.

Andrea started working for us when she was in highschool..... left for a couple of years to travel and work and then Covid hit and we we're swamped!

I had just finished having my third knee surgery, days prior to all the craziness and had to go straight back to work and push through the pain..... Andrea Rolufs came back to work and has been back ever since. She was a lifesaver!

Andrea is fantastic in her role as assistant manager. Her customer service skills are top notch, I love her creativity, we can bounce ideas off each other ALL DAY LONG. We also get side tracked talking too much. 😂🤣

Andrea does get hit on alot in the store...... at least once a day..... it makes total sense as she is the whole damn package!!! Just saying.... she is single... but you do need the approval of Linda and I first. 🤣😂

Our fabulous Queen is off today for her Birthday so show her some love on social media!!!

Happiest of Birthdays girl. We love you!!
