Fatta Pasta

09/14/2026

Fatta Pasta will be closed this week and will reopen on Tuesday, September 22.

Thank you for an incredible summer and for all of your support since opening. I’m taking a short break to recharge and spend time with family and friends.

Help! Fatta Pasta is hiring. 🍝

Looking for someone great to help out 8-12 hours a week, weekday daytime. Helping customers, working the till, packaging, stocking, light prep — a little bit of everything.

$22–$25/hour.

Experience is great. Being friendly and reliable is more important.

Interested? Send me a DM or come say hi at the shop. Résumé optional. Tell your friends!

As July comes to an end, it’s hard to believe this little back alley pasta shop has already been open for two months. I want to thank everyone who’s found their way into the shop, I appreciate every one of you. I’ll keep cranking out the noods if you keep showing up. See you next week. 🙏 🍝 ❤️
