TINY VEGGIE POT PIES: Everyone loves our veggie pot pies… we have been making them for years and they are definitely in the top 10 of all time FAVS! Tart shells are filled with our delicious Vegetable Chowder and then topped with another tart shell. Fully cooked… these tasty treasures are ready to heat n serve! (3tiny pies = a big serving) 6 tiny pies for $13.00
SWEET POTATO COTTAGE PIE: OUR twist on an old dish! This version is PROTIEN PACKED with 6 different beans, green peas, corn, carrots and onions smothered in a mushroom/lentil gravy (made with tomato paste broth, nooch & thyme)! We top it all off with mashed sweet potatoes seasoned with onion and pepper! NO SALT OR OIL ADDED! BUFFALO TOFU DIP: We grate tofu into shreds, season and bake them to a shredded chicken consistency. Then we mix it with our spicy cashew cream and Franks Red Hot and bake it! So good!!! BRAISED CARAWAY CABBAGE: We, the Fletchers have been enjoying this simple side dish ever since we became Vegan in 2017, so we figured we should finally share it with you! Made with onion, cabbage, toasted caraway seeds, garlic and fresh ground black pepper! This is perfect for the cruciferous element in a bowl or as a side dish to any dinner! It’s sweet with a hint of licorice & nuts from the toasted spice! We have NOT used any oil or salt in this dish, so if you find it a bit flat, you can salt it to taste! Sold frozen in our 6 x 8 foil containers! $12 (gluten free-thaw before heating) This is a NO-SOS item…
PLANT BASED HAM/BACON CRUMBLES: Made in the same fashion as our other popular Crumbles… We finely chop walnuts and mix with soy granules, tomatoes, garlic, mustard, liquid smoke and spices(sage, black pepper and a pinch of cayenne)… Then we slow cook it to mix in all the flavours and create a crumble that you can use in any heated dish where you would like the taste of ham… or in salads when you want plant based bacon bits! We use this crumble in our Potato Noodle Caboodle! Sm(1cup) $5.50 (gluten free)
ALOHA TOFU: Chunky tofu triangles are seasoned and baked to perfection. Then we mix them in a sweet and tangy pineapple sauce made with onions, red peppers, garlic, rice wine vinegar, tamari, brown sugar, veg stock and of course pineapple! Thickened with cornstarch and heated up with a bit of red chili sauce! This dish is sticky and saucy with a tang that leaves you wanting more! $13/container(approx. 22 pieces) (gluten free)
