🚨 Important Notice for AyrMesh Customers 🚨
As many of you may have heard, Ayrstone has officially closed its doors.
If you own an AyrMesh Wi-Fi system, don't panic—your network should continue to work as normal. The biggest change is that AyrMesh devices will now be managed through Manual Configuration Mode instead of the AyrMesh cloud service.
Here are the most important things to know:
✅ If you have any new or unused AyrMesh devices, connect them to your network as soon as possible so they can receive the latest firmware update. This update includes improvements for Manual Configuration Mode.
✅ When making any future changes to your network settings, use ONLY letters and numbers. Avoid special characters (@, #, $, %, !, etc.) in your:
• Wi-Fi Name (SSID)
• Wi-Fi Password
• Mesh ID
• Mesh Key
• Username
• Login Password
Some older AyrMesh devices cannot process special characters correctly, which may prevent you from logging back into the device after saving your settings.
✅ If your system is already working, there's no need to make any changes. Your network should continue operating normally unless you need to reconfigure it in the future.
If you'd like to learn more about Manual Configuration or recommended replacement products, you can read Ayrstone's blog here:
