These cookies were my mom’s favorite that I used to make. I love a good oatmeal cookie and these don’t disappoint. If you want to add raisins , go ahead....be a life ruiner. Always feel free to share these. Food is love.❤️

Hey all,

Here is a small menu for a short week . Pickups will be Thursday from 4-7 again due to kids schedules here. It’s my birth week so here are a bunch of things that I want to eat.🥳
I know some of my prices seem steep but like everything including my body … inflation.

Here it is :

🥕🥣Spiced Carrot Soup

Carrots are sautéed with onions and celery and spices, and then simmered in veggie broth with lentils and tomato paste. This soup is hearty, delicious dairy free, gluten, friendly, and vegetarian. 🌱 it’s great after a weekend of heavy food.

🫑🫕Sausage and Peppers
My personal recipe that my mother used to make, and it was my favourite thing. Peppers and onions are sautéed and then simmered with seared sausages and a tomato sauce. Simmered until the sausage are tender. Add on top your favourite noodle or with rice.

🍗🥣 Hearty Curry Turkey Soup
This is the soup that I have on replay here. I eat twice to three times a week and it’s my obsession lately. Lean ground turkey is sautéed with carrots, onions, and celery. It’s then simmer in a coconut curry chicken broth with zucchini, brown lentils, peppers and rice. It’s filling , gluten friendly and high and protein and fibre.

🍗🫔Chicken Burritos 🌯
Chicken thighs are marinated in a chipotle dressing and grilled to perfection. It’s then layerd in wraps with cilantro -lime rice, black beans, corn salsa and of course cheese. All you do is bake each individual burrito as you want it. They can also be frozen. I’m going to serve with a side of copycat chipotle dressing.
These are one of my current obsessions.

🌱🫔Bean and Cheese Burritos
Pinto beans are piled with the cilantro lime rice , loads of cheese and corn salsa. Then wrapped in foil. All you do is take and bake. It’s also served with a side of copycat chipotle sauce.

Orders are still gonna close Sunday morning. So we can all enjoy Thanksgiving.

Just a reminder pickups Thursday from 4-7pm!!! Grab your preordered lasagnas , sliders and dips. Don’t come tomorrow because I will NOT be ready ! I thank you for all the orders, messages and requests but unfortunately this week I could not accommodate everyone…my apologies and check back for a small menu next week.

Quick post here. I’m making lasagnas tomorrow and Monday for pick up Thursday evening. Great for Thanksgiving potluck or meal. I’m making both meat and vegetable. Please message me or comment here if you’re interested before tomorrow afternoon.

My youngest’s hockey team is having a barbeque at Canadian tire today from 11 until 2. They are also collecting non-perishable food items or hygiene products for the WRRC. So if you’re available, grab your lunch or even just drop off a donation. Thank you so much for even reading this.

Here’s the menu that I’ve been literally been working on for two days because I’m indecisive and a little bit of a perfectionist. We’re doing an entertaining style menu because of the long weekend and pick ups are going to be THURSDAY, I put it in my calendar as well, we are all human. Well for now who knows when A1 will take us over ?!

🌶️🍗Buffalo Chicken Dip
Chicken is slow cooked in a buffalo sauce, shredded and mixed whipped cream cheese, sour cream, cream, more buffalo sauce, and of course cheddar. This is one of my favorite dips. Served to your guests with Tostitos or if you’re into the keto craze, serve it with a carrot. Or numerous carrots. Or is there too much sugar in that? Keto is weird unless your kids name is keto then it’s cool.

🥬🫕Spinach Dip
It turns out spinach can be desirable. All you have to do is add cream cheese, garlic, cream, and Parmesan? You know what they say? If your dog won’t play with you tie a pork chop around your neck.

🫑🌽Cowboy Caviar
Carnivore people turn away. It turns out you can’t make friends with salad or a veggie dip? I mean, it hasn’t worked for me, but it could be my face as well. Corn , lentils, black beans, peppers, celery, red onion, and scallions are marinated in a delicious vinaigrette. Serve with Tostitos a spoon or add on top of a quesadilla, etc.. it’s gluten-free, friendly, vegetarian, and dairy free so you can brag to your friends how healthy you are.

🍔Mississippi Beef Sliders
Shaved deli, roast beef is topped with provolone cheese, and pepperoncini peppers on top of Hawaiian sliders. They’re glazed with a zippy butter. And served with aside of Mississippi sauce; Which is a brown sauce with pepperoncini brine. These are perfect for game day, an easy meal or a potluck..

🍔Turkey Popper Sliders
Shaved deli, turkey is topped with a Housemade , cream cheese, spread with green chilies, Chedder, scallions and sour cream. They then topped with crispy bacon. All you do is take bake. They’re creamy and a little spicy… like me.

🍔Cheese Burger Sliders
Lean ground beef is cooked with finally diced onions and seasonings. It’s layered with cheddar and a burger sauce. They then topped with butter and sesame seeds.
These are delicious and if you love a good burger then these will be your thing. You know what they say a burger a day keeps the angries away.

🍝Chicken Cordon Blue Pasta Bake
If you’re invited to a potluck or have family home for the long weekend and don’t feel like cooking, this is a great option. It’s delicious with a cheesy sauce, penne, chicken, bacon, and ham and topped with breadcrumbs
It’s filling and great if you wanna add on some extra pounds to keep warm this winter. The bears do it why can’t we? And when did ham become so expensive?
