This gluten free dish is served with assorted meat and is only available on weekends!

✨Amala: A dark brown swallow made from dried yam flour cassava, or plantain flour.
✨Ewedu: A green soup prepared from finely mashed jute mallow leaves, often seasoned with crayfish and locust beans
✨Gbegiri: A savory yellow soup made from beans cooked until soft and blended with palm oil and spices
