It has been a very roller coaster of a year!! As most of you may already know Epicure closed their doors on us a year ago with no advance notice etc leaving over 10,000 of us AND all our customers in a lurch. But last spring I found a new company, Youngevity, that fit the bill of what I needed in my life. They have all the seasonings PLUS also carry a toxic free house and health line! Over the last many months I have been slowly replacing the products I use on a daily basis with the new line and I can honestly say how much better I feel! A year ago I was walking with canes and using a wheelchair when out shopping; I was seeing a physiotherapist every month and fell a couple times a month due to unstable joints. I was on 7 prescribed medications as well as many OTC ones. A year later, no physiotherapist in 7 months, down to 3 meds, walk 4-5 miles 3-4 days a week and have fallen twice this year but not since this summer! I sleep 7-8 hours a night and wake up refreshed! I am so happy and now hubby is working on his health as well. I decided to turn my private Epicure group into a public one so that everyone could take advantge of this and I can devote my time with one rather than doing 2. I hope to see you all there where you still will get cooking videos, great recipes, kitchen hacks, freezer meal workshops and just amazing info on how to better your life!
