Finally made my first featured dessert at VCC - JJ’s restaurant. Fluffy blueberry mascarpone mousse, a strip of blueberry gelée inside, Japanoise base, with mirror white chocolate glaze, raspberry fluid gel, strawberry dipped in chocolate and with white chocolate ganache, quenelle strawberry sour cream ice cream with almond white chocolate crumble. If baking is any labour at all, it's a labour of love. Honestly, I'm starting to love baking. Happy Valentine’s day!
