A pop-up vegetable stand featuring traditional homestead produce (including potatoes, peas, beans, carrots, onions, cucumbers, squash and pumpkins).

Located in Penobsquis, NB on land that has been farmed by the Teakles family for generations.

Happy Labour Day!

Back to school always feels like the unofficial start of fall around here — so what better way to celebrate than with a stand full of fall produce!

The stand is loaded up with:

Beets
Carrots
Zucchini
Cucumbers
Pumpkins
Gourds
Squash

We hope you enjoy the fruits (and vegetables!) of our labour 😉

We’re making the transition from summer harvests into all the deliciousness that fall has to offer!

We have added some acorn, butternut, buttercup, sweet mama and spaghetti squash.

Potatoes, cucumbers and carrots also available.

We got everything loaded up late last evening, and it’s safe to say we’ve officially entered “racing daylight to finish the garden chores” season!

Tuesday - August 25 (6:30pm)

🌟 Award-Winning Veggies! 🌟

The stand has been restocked with lots of fresh produce.

Two of our gardeners decided to enter the Vegetable Show at the Kings County Agricultural Fair this year. It was so much fun searching through the garden together to find just the right vegetables to enter.

There were lots of smiles today when we checked the results and discovered they had won some ribbons!

We are sure the veggies will taste better now that they are award winning 😉
