A while back, someone asked if I'd make a dessert tray. I said, "Sure!"

So, I guess...I do dessert trays now as they've become a pretty regular thing. 😂🍓🍫

Most people just tell me to "put in whatever you think", which is a level of trust that honestly feels a bit irresponsible on your part! 😅

Here's the most recent - was running behind (shocking, I know) and I didn't get a pic before I wrapped it 🤦🏽‍♀️

Signs that real estate season was officially underway:

🏡 Open house signs everywhere
🏡 People suddenly discussing mortgage rates for fun
🏡 My kitchen filling up with charcuterie cups

I had orders from several realtors within the same week a while back, which has to be some sort of unofficial market indicator 😅

And honestly, I'm here for it. These little cups are perfect for open houses, client appreciation events and anyone who wants to look significantly more organized than they actually feel! 🙌🏼

A weekend Feast Box... 🧀✨

Not sure what happened this past weekend — whether everyone suddenly remembered the long weekend after the long weekend or what — but it was a wildly busy few days over here! 😅

I unfortunately had to turn away several orders, which I genuinely hate doing. I always try to fit in as many as I realistically can....but there are only so many hours in a day, especially when your daily assistant is 3 years old and mostly contributes emotional support and snack requests. 😂

Behind the scenes is essentially just a tired woman in sweats, functioning almost entirely on caffeine and sheer determination! 😜

Book Club snack duty? Say less! 📚🧀✨

This spread included a fully gluten-free charcuterie board alongside a gluten-friendly dessert tray — meaning both gluten and gluten-free items were included, but with extra care taken in the setup.

Everything was thoughtfully placed from the start, with lots of hand-washing between products, careful spacing, fruit “buffers” between items that shouldn’t touch and attentive friends on the serving side. 🤍

Always happy to help make gatherings feel a little easier (and more delicious!) 🍓🍫🧀

Okay but...this weekend’s open house might just have everything 😅🏡

I'll be taking some snacks to the Kingston Home Builders Association Showcase of New Homes at the absolutely stunning build on County Road 38....while also trying not to look too eager to enter the Le Jardin Mayla $400 gift card draw (I'm definitely throwing my name in there, who am I kidding?) 😂

In all seriousness, N. Greenham Construction Inc. homes are exquisite — so much talent and craftsmanship packed into their builds. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re out touring homes this weekend; and even if you're not!

As it turns out, the drywall corners are a must-see too! 👀

Mother’s Day, through my camera roll 🤍

No styled photoshoots, fancy setups or trendy reels over here.....just a bunch of boxes and trays photographed quickly on the same black countertop before heading out the door! 😅

This Sunday was a busy one, and I’m incredibly grateful for every order, every recommendation and every person choosing Stagecoach Charcuterie to be part of their gatherings and gifting.

To everyone who celebrated, organized, hosted, mothered, supported, survived and showed up in whatever way you could - Happy Mother’s Day 🤍

✨️Folks, you don’t have to break the bank to serve elevated snacks to your guests!

This extra large tray serves up to 25 people - and while it’s hard to tell with everything packed in there, it’s loaded.

We’re talking 140+ pieces of meat, 8 varieties of cheese (with enough for everyone to enjoy each one), grapes piled high and plenty of extras tucked in throughout.

It works out to roughly $10 per person, which I think is a pretty great way to feed a crowd without sacrificing quality or presentation! 🧀😋

A little local love + update 🤍

Some of you were lucky enough to try the Maple Whiskey Haskap Jam featured in a few recent boxes, and wow....it did not disappoint!! The sweet/tart balance is honestly next level - such a standout! 🫐✨

This deliciousness comes from Low Hanging Fruit Haskap Berry Farm right here in Sydenham - run by Bob & Sue Clinton, retired and now growing these incredible haskap berries (the jam featured their Aurora & Beauty varieties!). There are many haskap berry goodies on the horizon from them, so you’ll definitely want to keep your eyes peeled! 👀

A quick note: I am fully booked for Mother’s Day weekend (thank you so much!!) and am taking orders for the following week and beyond. 🫶
