Limited amounts of fresh free range turkeys will be available at the Sydney Public Market this Saturday from 10am to 2pm.

They usually range from 15 to 20 pounds.

This past weekend Estelle, Elliot and Théo made it to 4-H Provincial Show in Bridgewater.

Théo showed his lamb and chicken and Elliot did an orienteering competition as part of his Great Outdoor project (and placed second!).

Great learning experience and kudos to all of the volunteers and leaders who are helping making this event a success every year!

FRESH CHICKEN coming to the Sydney Public Market this Saturday only!

These chickens will be big! Perfect if you want to cut them up yourself and freeze them in smaller portions (best way to save some $)

Checking the fence line in the pig pens…

It is getting muddy in there, and there isn’t much we can do about it. But it makes it easier for the pigs to root through the brush and help us clear that land to turn it back into pasture like it was before we bought the property.
