We’re dedicating a whole night to the one and only Dolly Parton. 💖

Of course we love the songs and the rhinestones, but we also love what Dolly stood for. 💕 She spent decades giving back, with literacy especially close to her heart. So we’re celebrating Dolly while supporting that same work right here at home. 📚

Saturday, September 19 | 7–11 PM
Tickets are $15, with sales going to the Cape Breton Regional Library.

REMIX + c***r at Island Folk! 💪🍎

We’re teaming up with R&R Studio this Saturday, September 5 for a morning workout followed by a well-earned drink and hang at Island Folk!

From 10:00–10:45am, Elle will lead a 45-minute REMIX class, a full-body workout combining strength and cardio. Everything can be modified, so all levels are welcome.

Then from 11:00am–12:00pm, we’ll settle in for a social at Island Folk. 🥂

Tickets are $25 and include the REMIX class plus a 12 oz c***r, b**r or mocktail.

Heads up for Friday, September 4, we've got a private event starting at 7 PM so the inside will be closing early, but the patio and takeout window are still open for business.

R&R Studio Collab | Saturday, September 5 | 10 AM-12 PM ($25/Ticket)
10-10:45 AM it's REMIX with Elle at the Taproom, a strength and cardio full body workout that can be modified for all levels. Then 11 AM-12 PM we move into social hour with a drink in hand.
