After four wonderful years with W**e on the Terrace, Iâve made the decision that itâs time to pass the glass to someone new.
Owning and growing this business has been an incredible experience. Iâm so proud of what W**e on the Terrace has become and incredibly grateful for the customers, friendships and community support that have been part of the journey.
Today, W**e on the Terrace is an established, turnkey business with a loyal customer base, multiple revenue streams and plenty of opportunity for someone new to put their own ideas into it and continue growing.
The business includes our U-Brew w**e and b**r services, brewing supplies, specialty gifts, event rentals and more - offering a great mix of retail, service and community connection under one roof.
W**e on the Terrace is offered for sale at $150,000 plus inventory.
For the right buyer, Iâm also happy to provide transition support to help make the change in ownership as smooth as possible.
