With much gratitude we are bringing you our culinary and seed garlic. The weather has been quite helpful in curing our garlic for fall planting. We are continuing to bring you our fantastic big garlic and other great vegetables fresh from the garden.

From the Kitchen we have our signature Artisan Organic Flour Sourdough Bread, Cosmic Blueberry Muffins, Walnut Chocolate Chip loaves and Crunchy Granola.

If you are new to the area, make sure you swing by and introduce yourself to us.

About Elysium Lake Farm we are your local garlic farm situated on Lakelse Lake-Westside Rd. We grow all our produce in fields without , plastic, herbicide or pesticides. We use natural fertilizers to build our soil and grow your food using sustainable regenerative methods- All natural and grown with love.

In our free time we own and operate Elysium Fly Fishing Lodge. We have classified rods days and we can host our guest on the Skeena and Kitimat Rivers and tributaries . If you have an interest in improving your Fly fishing skills, learning to tie flies, or just want to learn more about fly fishing, swing by and let’s have a chat.

Every Saturday, we set up a booth Skeena Valley Farmers Market Skeena Valley Farmers Market Stall 2-3 .9-1 Dairy Queen entrance.

Your local garlic farm has Garlic, Garlic and more garlic!!! It’s the start of another beautiful Saturday morning, you can find us booth 2-3 at Skeena Valley Farmers Market! We are bringing you our locally grown culinary and seed garlic. Red Russian, Creme de la Rasa , and Porcelain Music. Can’t miss us we smell like garlic.

Up early to bake our Artisan Sourdough Bread, Banana Chocolate Chip , walnut loafs, and Cosmic Blueberry muffins and Granola sweetened with Quebec maple syrup and Rushing Rivers Apairy honey.

Good morning Skeena Valley Farmers Market Skeena Valley FM Vendors and Consumers ! We have some exciting news to share. We have pulled our last of our garlic! Yeah! After 6 weeks of harvesting we are happy to report it is curing nicely in this dry warm windy weather! Guess what we are bring you! Garlic! Red Russian, Creme de la Rasa, and Porcelain Music.

And from the kitchen we have our Artisan Organic Flours blend Sourdough Bread, (see review from a customer attached)Crunchy Granola with organic ingredients sweet with our local honey and Quebec Maple syrup, Cosmic Blueberry Muffins and our Banana Walnut Chocolate Chip loafs.

We are starting to harvest our bounty from the garden of Eggplant, Cabbage, Kale, and Dill.

Elysium Lake Farm grows all our vegetables and garlic without herbicides, pesticides artificial fertilizers or plastic. We are All Natural and grown with love.

Happy Riverboat Days!

We are digging up our garlic. After 10 months of growing we are happy to see Red Russian Garlic popping out of the ground and racked garlic is curing nicely and excited to bring it to the Skeena Valley Farmers Market market today. Come and enjoy the fresh smell of our wonderful Creme de la Rasa, Porcelain Music and Red Russian garlic. All natural and grown without plastics in our fields, or artificial fertilizers or pesticides.

We are bringing our Artisan Sourdough Bread, made with (4) Organic flours, water and Sea salt. Fermented to perfection and baked fresh.

Fabulous Crunchy Granola, (7) Nuts, walnuts, hazelnuts, pecans, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, coconut chips, (3) Berries, cranberry, raisins, dates and Organic Oats , Christine’s honey (local) and Quebec Maple Syrup. Old Fashioned like your Grandparents used to make.
