River Mist Farm will be at Skeena Valley Farmers Market on Sat Oct 3rd. We will have red and white potatoes, green cabbage, broccoli, Lettuce, Zukes, Carrots, Kohlrabi nand Apple Trees. It is still a great time to plant an apple tree. Any the best time to plant an apple tree was 10 years ago, and the next best time is now. River Mist Farm provides the widdest selection of apple trees in Northern BC

River Mist farm will be at the Skeena Valley Farmers Market on Sat Sept 05. We will have a wide variety of different apple trees. Some apples are primarliy dessert apples while others are multi purpose. Some are early some are mid season and some ripen late in the season. We have apple trees that will wotrk in various parts of Northern BC from coastal areas to interrior areas. This Saturday we also have a special treat with both some Santa Rosa and Early Italian Plums.
We will also have some early fall Cabbage, Broccoli, Kholrabi and Kale. We will also have some goegeous lettuce and new red potatoes. If you are wanting to plant an apple tree come and talk to us as we can help you figure out the best tree to fit your needs and your setting. We have the largest selection of apple trees available in Northern BC. now is also the best time of the year to plant.

LNG Canada's Kitimat Plant wants to increase its emissions ten-fold, and we find this alarming!

If you are concerned or want to learn more, come by the Kitimat-Terrace Clean Air Coalition table at the Skeena Valley Farmers Market this Saturday, July 11th, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Our board members will be on hand to show you how your voice can make a difference.

We are a non-profit committed to clean air and have been active in our airshed for over 10 years. We encourage concerned residents to submit their feedback to the BC Energy Regulator.

We will have the proper forms available and can help you fill them out. If you care about the livability of the Kitimat-Terrace airshed, please come out and connect with us this Saturday!

Baker Extraordinaire is Open Today 10-3. Lots of great Baking available. Drop by and pick up some bread, pies or cookies. Our bread is made with organic grain from the Canadian Prairies that we grind on site. We are located at 2308 Archer Ave, on Brauns Island.

Baker Extraordinaire is open today till 6.00 pm. Still pies and bread available. We are located at 2308 Archer Ave on Brauns Island, Terrace. Our whole grain breads are made with Organic Grain from the Canadian Prairies that we grind on site. Also did you know that Ann has been grinding grain from day 1 when she began her bakery!

Baker Extraordinaire is open till 3.00 pm Today at 2308 Archer Ave Braun's Island, Terrace. Still lots of baking left: bread, pies and cookies! River Mist Farm is also selling tomato plants today at the farm - buy 4 get one free. Hardened off ready to go in the ground.

We will have Tomato plants for sale here at River Mist Farm Farm Stand today Thursday June 4th from 10-1. Still a great time to get some tomato plants in the ground either in the greenhouse or outside. Buy 4 Tomato Plants get 1 free. At this point in the season I will have apple trees for sale by appointment only. Bakery will also be open during this time. We take electronic payment. We are located at 2308 Archer Ave on Braun's Island.

Since I am now semi-retired I will not be at the Skeena Valley Farmers Market this coming Saturday or for the next while. I will be back again at the farmers market once my potatoes and fall cabbage, brocoli etc. are available which will probably be early to mid August given the slow start we have experienced to the growing season this spring.
