Apple season is settling into the Beaver Valley, and we’ve been working on something very delicious to celebrate it.

Our Ardiel Cider House is about to have its moment, paired with a limited apple-inspired menu created in collaboration with Apple Pie Trail.

Think crisp pours, local apples, fall flavours and the kind of afternoon that starts with “let’s just stop in for one” and ends a few hours later. 🍂

There’s wine. And then there’s wine that tells you exactly where it came from. 🍷🌿

Georgian Hills Vineyards has been rooted in the Beaver Valley long before Georgian Bay was known as a wine region.

It started with soil tests in 1998, a little curiosity, and a pretty big question: could exceptional wine really be grown here?
Turns out, yes.

Through years of trial, learning from the land, and discovering which grape varieties thrive in our cool climate, Georgian Hills became one of the pioneers of an emerging wine region north of Niagara.
Today, that story is still being written across our vineyards.

It’s in the cool Georgian Bay climate.
It’s in the grapes grown here in Beaver Valley.
It’s in the old barn that became our winery.
It’s in wines and ciders made to taste like the place they come from.
And it’s in the long afternoons spent around a table, looking out over the vines with a glass in hand.

Because what makes Georgian Hills special isn’t only what’s in your glass.
It’s where you get to drink it.
