Introducing the Shale Ridge Lifestyle Collection.
A collection shaped by the same things that have always mattered here: what we grow, what we make, how we gather, and the simple pleasure of doing things well.
From c***r made with apples handpicked from our family farm, to small-batch goods made in our kitchen with ingredients grown here, to pieces handcrafted on the estate by our founders and team, every part of the collection carries a little piece of Shale Ridge with it.
And it doesn’t stop at what you can take home.
Alongside the collection, we’re introducing new farm-to-table dishes created in collaboration with Irene Matys, bringing more of what’s grown here onto the plates we serve here. It’s another way our farm, kitchen, cellar and table are becoming part of one experience.
