Setting up again for afternoon service at Small Scale Farms marketplace this week end Friday the 29th and Saturday the 30th 11:30am-5pm or sold out.

We have already picked up the chickens from Small Scale to prepare our Tinga, beef bones for stewing into our sabor filled consome for birria and eggs for our mayo.
Watermelon for our refreshing treat also Limes this week at Small Scale are abundant and look great so we will be using those as well. Not to mention it has been convenient to have lettuce and onion available at the crossing of a parking lot distance from service if we have run low on it.

The more we are at Small Scale the more we love it there. We can see how people linger and become part of the seams and fabric. it’s a natural vibe.
