This Saturday October 10, we are putting our normal menu aside to bring you something special. We are roasting turkey in the earth oven Oaxaca style and making tortas out of it. Served with a jus and cranberry chamoy. A side of 3 Birria pierogies (Birri’erogies) and our classic tres granos. (3 grains).

We will be offering a pibil cooked, Oaxaca style Turkey torta topped with sautéed sweet onions, sliced avocado and a pan drippings jugo (jus) for dunking.

We will serve our torta with a 2oz side of house made cranberry chamoy sauce, tres granos…which is our mexican rice, seasoned sweet corn and hominy blend. Then to round out the feast feeling, a few Birriogies (birria pierogi)

Saturday only.
