The next Wellness Wednesday offering is here!
Come on out this Wednesday, October 4th for a healthy paced walk through the fields, enjoy the fall colours, breathwork, and an EFT tapping exercise, followed by tea and quick visit to the animals.
**Please note the time change** Now starting at 6pm to make the most of the shrinking daylight and avoid a dark drive home!

Hi friends!
Come on out this Wednesday, September 20th, walk in the refreshing fall air and enjoy the vistas of the beautiful Slate River Valley.
Our first Wellness Wednesday event will run 6:30 - 8:00 pm and includes a healthy paced walk through the farm fields (approx 45 mins), a guided meditation/breathwork (approx 15 mins) and a visit to the animals (approx 15 mins).
