An artisanal pasta company in Thunder Bay We make our pasta in small batches using the best ingredients we can find.

Using vintage Italian equipment, we then extrude the dough through bronze dies to give our shapes a rough texture.

Bolognese Ragu is back today!

Our traditional Bolognese is made with
Beef from
Pork from
Veal from My Pride Farms
Pancetta from
+ Lots of wine, milk and tomatoes and other good stuff😀

Simmered down for 4 hours, the result is a delicate, yet flavourful ragu sure to keep you warm on days like this!

Pair it with our fresh tagliatelle or rigatoni for a complete meal! 🍝

Yup, our old school, 80’s inspired cheese sauce is back!
It’s a blend of old cheddar and Velveeta and guaranteed to bring back those childhood memories 😀

Sigh - Well this has been an interesting last couple of weeks. At a time when we are crazy busy with retail and wholesale orders along with seasonal markets, we have had a number of parcels either delayed, not showing up or being marked destroyed.

After pulling out most of my remaining hair, it looks like a bad batch of tape was the culprit. While packing up the weeks orders we noticed the tape was coming off the boxes a few hours after being applied 😬

So….if your pasta hasn’t shown up yet, rest assured a replacement is going out today at my cost and I’ll be refunding your initial shipping fees.
