It’s been a busy day today. In addition to the bread and butter pickles, we’ve made a fresh batch of relish, cored and froze 100 pounds of tomatoes (for salsa), bagged and froze 40 cups of blueberries and have made 4 lasagnas for a customer. I’d say it’s been busy today. Kitchen creations are the best way to spend time.

It’s a Bread and Butter pickle kind of day. They will be ready for the market by September 15th.
