ADEL Farms Family farm located in Jeanettes Creek, Ontario. Vegetable Stand Open Late July- October 31. The 2021 season is coming to an end.

Fresh sweet corn , beets, peppers, onions, garlic, straw, squash and mums are now at the stand. Tomatoes are ripening. Leeks and green onions are available, you just needs to ask for them. Ground cherries are back. The majority of our items are inside where it is much cooler.

We do have sweet corn at the stand today along with squash, onions, green peppers, jalapeño peppers, cabbages, and a few tomatoes. The crop has really changed in the last week.

Some of you have been inquiring about squash. We checked the patch and have found some squash ready to pick. We have Acorn squash, Sweet potato squash, honey bear squash, Celebration squash, Buttercup squash, Mash potato squash and a few butternut squash in the stand. Along with Flat cabbage, Savoy cabbage, Red cabbage, Green cabbage, Green peppers, large Jalapeño peppers, Egg plant varieties, Spanish onions and garlic. Sweet corn is still maturing, but should be in the stand soon. We checked our potatoes, so have a few small 1pound bags available. There are still a couple of hampers of large 3 inch plus beets. These are great for making soups or dishes where beets are cut up or grated.
