Introducing our new desert demonstration series! 🤩

The Local Table, a Sweet Seasonal Social Club 🥄

If you’ve ever found yourself standing in a farmers market, wondering what delicious things you could make with all that produce. This is the class for you.

Hot off the back of our super successful Big Cheese Day Dessert Demonstrations - we’ll be hosting three classes a month from now until December with each month featuring ingredients that are in season in our region, right now.

With just five seats per class, these are intimate and joyous two hour sessions where we teach you how to create decadent desserts to wow your friends and family with.

Our first sessions are on the 17th and 18th of July - with a Strawberry & Vanilla Tiramisu and Brown Butter Haskap Blondies. Tickets are available now through our website goodpud.ca and cost $65 per person (plus tax)

If you’ve not tried Haskap berries before they’re often described as a cross between a blueberry and a raspberry, they are native to Northern Ontario and are a delicious super food due to their extremely high antioxidant content.

Classes include two desserts (one to eat in class and one to take home), a seasonal mocktail, sampling of seasonal produce flavour combinations, a recipe booklet, samples of all our Belgian chocolate desserts, plus 10% off in our store.
