Things have been busy around here lately! We’ve added laying chickens and baby chicks 🐓🐥

We’ve also been working away on finishing up our roadside stand. We’re hoping to have it open next weekend with:

• Chicken eggs

Update from Lesterveldt Acres 🐣

In March we sent duck eggs to a local school for a hatching program… and now they’re back!

We had a great hatch, and the ducklings are home, healthy, and doing really well. It’s always rewarding being part of something that lets kids experience the full process from egg to duckling.

We’ll be keeping a couple, some have already found homes, and we still have 7 available:

1 wk old mixed ducklings – $8 each
From our Welsh Harlequin drake over Cayuga, Khaki Campbell, Blue Runner, Buff Orpington and Welsh Harlequin hens.
