The perfect excuse to use our frozen Sliced Peaches! On sale this week for just $7.75/kg.

🍑 EASY PEACH COBBLER 🍑
Peach Filling
1 kg frozen sliced peaches
100 g white sugar
55 g brown sugar
16 g cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
15 g lemon juice
28 g butter
Topping
1½ cups flour
½ cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ cup cold butter, cubed
¾ cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp sugar for topping
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13 dish. Cook peaches, sugars, cornstarch, cinnamon and nutmeg over medium heat for 8–10 minutes, until thawed and syrupy. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and lemon juice. Pour into dish and dot with butter.
For topping, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly, then stir in milk and vanilla just until combined. Drop over peaches, sprinkle with sugar and bake 40–50 minutes, until golden and bubbling. Let cool 15–20 minutes before serving.
Best served warm with a big scoop of Shaw's Vanilla ice cream! 🍨🍑
