It’s not easy to raise tender grass finished beef. If you can finish them on good legume pastures, they will likely finish on time, less than 30 months. My older cows were often fat and had great flavour. Some steers and heifers might take more than 30 months to finish on grass.

Hascaps are doing great this year. Should be a good season for all berries.
