🔥 If you missed out yesterday… don’t make the same mistake twice. 🔥

We smoked FIVE beautiful chuck roasts for today after selling out of all 3 chuck roasts and both briskets just a couple of hours after opening yesterday. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.

Our chuck is slowly smoked for hours over hardwood, then rested low and slow to let all that rich, smoky flavour and tenderness develop. The result? Incredibly juicy, melt-in-your-mouth beef with that perfect smoky bark that keeps people coming back for more.

Our briskets spent 13 hours on the smoker yesterday, then rested for another 20 hours in our BBQ warmer at 150°F. That slow hold lets the collagen continue to break down naturally, making every slice even more tender, juicy, and packed with smoky flavour. It’s the kind of brisket that melts in your mouth.
