Back-to-school exhaustion or perimenopause? Sometimes it’s hard to tell 😅

Back-to-school exhaustion or perimenopause? Sometimes it’s hard to tell 😅

Prioritize protein, fibre, movement, hydration and the nutrients that support muscle health, digestion and everyday energy through this stage of life.

Creatine isn’t just for the gym. It’s one of the most researched supplements for supporting strength, muscle health and performance, especially as we age.

HeLa Creatine is made with Creavitalis® creatine monohydrate, a micronized, single-ingredient formula that’s third-party tested for purity.

Add it to your morning routine, mix it into your breakfast, and get 5g of creatine without overcomplicating it. Make sure to drink lots of water alongside your creatine!

HeLa started with a simple idea: supplements should be easier to understand and easier to trust.

Founded by Dr. Regan Tessis, Naturopathic Doctor, and Amy Torch, Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator, HeLa brings clinical expertise into the products you use every day.

Thoughtfully formulated. Third-party tested. No unnecessary fillers.

Just high-quality nutrition, backed by health professionals

Purity isn’t something we assume. It’s something we test for.

HeLa products are third-party tested for purity, including heavy metals, because what’s not in your supplements matters just as much as what is.

Clean ingredients. Rigorous testing. No cutting corners.

If you’re taking it every day, you should know exactly what you’re getting.

Not all protein powders are created equal.

HeLa Organic Plant Protein delivers 22g of protein + 5g of fibre per scoop from our signature HeLa blend of pea, h**p, pumpkin, chia and basil seeds, with no gums, fillers, oils or artificial sweeteners.

Still thinking about this amazing morning in Montauk 🤍🌊

We were so excited to collaborate with JayBird and be a small part of such an incredible class and community.

Our HeLa singles made their way into everyone’s hands for a little post-workout wellness, and we loved seeing them there!

Extra special that Amy’s daughter, Paige, got to experience the class firsthand and soak up the JayBird energy. ✨

Thank you Jaybird Studios for having HeLa be part of such a beautiful Montauk moment.

We hope everyone is loving their HeLa singles and don’t forget to use your exclusive code when you’re ready for more. 💚

Funny how things come full circle.

After years of recommending protein to my patients and then formulating products for other companies, I knew exactly what I wanted in one and what I didn’t.

A complete plant-based protein with 22g of protein, 5g of fibre, simple ingredients, and no gums or fillers.

So we made it. And getting to spend my summers building something I truly believe in? Pretty special.
