Certainly the hardest cake work so far 😪 first layer is hazelnut biscuit noisette, second layer is hazelnut feuilletine, third layer is salted coffee caramel gelee, and the last layer is hazelnut brulee. Covered entire with chocolate mousse and very last the chocolate glaze work 😵‍💫

Never thought that cold weather makes you in trouble on making cakes... the cake was too cold so the chocolate set immediately while pouring 😰 that’s why some parts look not smooth.
Seems Ganache cake is quite popular, it was sold within a few seconds after I posted on FB. I couldn’t get a shot for inside 🤭
