Certainly the hardest cake work so far 😪 first layer is hazelnut biscuit noisette, second layer is hazelnut feuilletine, third layer is salted coffee caramel gelee, and the last layer is hazelnut brulee. Covered entire with chocolate mousse and very last the chocolate glaze work 😵💫
