—Ontario local Angus Beef short rib
—3 bones or 4 bones

—Very tender and and the best flavor beef I tried in Canada. As an argentine, I miss the beef of my country, and this is the one has the same flavor. I cut it in 4 pieces ,only some sal, charcoal low heat bbq 1:30-2 hr.
— This kind of short rib now in any butcher store sells for 19 dollars per pount. We sell for only 11 dollars. Every bag around 3-5 pounds.
— Need to tell me how to cut and pick up at my warehouse (Unit 210- 2222 south Sheridan way, Mississauga), 9am-3pm weekday.

— Yo la corté en 4, solo sal, fuego lento más o menos 2 hrs, tierna la carne y muy saborosa.
— Cualquier asado venden en las Carnicerías como $19 por libra, nosotros tenemos $11 por libra. Cada bolsa más o menos 3-5 libras.
— pueden servir me como le gustaría el corte y pueden pick up en nuestro deposito ( Unit 210- 2222 south Sheridan way, Mississauga) 9am-3 pm lun- vier.
