Another success story. My very first time to make Hardinera. This meatloaf recipe originates from Lucban, Quezon province in Philippines. For me it is a fusion of Embutido and Menudo. With more extra ingredients like pineapple, vienna sausage and chorizo it makes it much more tastier. Too much work but it is all worth it. You can serve hot or cold.
