Our newest cuts at the Butcher Boutique!🥩

The hanger steak is an incredibly delicious steak that absorbs seasoning and marinates exceptionally well. We like to use it for fajitas, tacos, and stir fry. Marinate with some liquid smoke and you have yourself a restaurant quality meal at home!

The next new cut is M9 Australian Tri-tip Filets. These are more leaner than the hanger steak yet very flavourful, and is very versatile. Great for searing, roasting and grilling.

If you’re still struggling to cook a good steak on the barbecue, this video is for you…

Pro Tip #1 Season with a generous amount of salt and pepper and let it sit for at least an hour, even better, over night.

Pro Tip #2 Keep the barbecue lid open, DO NOT SHUT IT. Unless you’re cooking a huge steak like a Tomahawk, shutting the lid will essentially cook it like it’s in an oven, which will likely over cook it.

Pro Tip #3 Let it rest for at least 5-15 minutes before eating. This brings out all of the juices.

Hokkaido scallops are premium Japanese sea scallops harvested around the northern island of Hokkaido in Japan. They’re especially known for being:
