2026 called… it’s giving 2016 energy.

I honestly hates taking pictures during this time. My eczema was so bad all over my body. I stopped using topic steroids and went through a withdrawal where my skin broke out 10 times worst. Fast forward into 2026, I can't believe my skin has cleared up so much. I feel more confident and doing things I never thought I'd ever do.

2026 is all about new beginnings and stepping out of my comfort zone!

I've been a bit quiet with my fitness journey.

✨Protein Snacks💪🏻

First grocery haul of the year at and I thought I'd share some of the protein snacks I picked up this week.
I'm always looking for snacks that fit my macros, but not just any kind of protein snack; they have to taste good. There's a lot of 'high protein' snacks out there but they taste so gross. I always have a protein bar in the car or in my purse in case I get hungry before an event.
