We went downtown with absolutely ZERO TIFF plans and somehow had better luck than if I’d planned the entire night.
I got a two-second celebrity glimpse, randomly discovered Gabriel Basso was about to show up, MET HIM, saw Patrick Schwarzenegger, and still somehow made it into the Visa Infinite Studio with five minutes to spare.

Apparently I’ve found my TIFF strategy for next year: do absolutely no research beforehand.

Apparently we’ve been sleeping on Chinese charcoal BBQ 👀🔥

Tried Meta Seven in North York and the beef tongue + beef intestines were easily my favourites. Definitely pricier, but I’d come back for the meat quality and flavour.
