Starting today, Dupont will be closed on Mondays.

We’ve tried being open 7 days a week - twice - since we opened, and every time it ends up being too much. Maybe we’re doing something wrong? Maybe!… but all we know is that it’s no longer sustainable for us.

If you’ve been here for a while, you know all the effort we put into how we make things - from the kitchen to our service. We care. And for us to continue holding these standards, we need rest.

Adding to that, operating 2 locations is no joke!! And we’re not complaining - we knew what we were getting into.

So, we’ll be closed on Mondays moving forward! 😴

P.S. Shoutout to all our local businesses rocking 7 days a week - you’re rockstars!!!!
