Hey friends! It’s hard to believe it’s been over 2 years since this pie journey started. What an adventure it’s been! In that time, we’ve had 2 shops, rolled thousands of pie crusts, eaten quite a lot too 🤣, and learned many many lessons in life and business. I’m super grateful for your continued support.

I believe that this adventure will come to an end soon - happily though because I’ve met so many of you and I feel so grateful you’ve let me share my love of pies with you. As I move one to other adventures, I will continue to share my love of baking with you through baking workshops, our Pie Of The Month Subscription, and an e-cook book (coming soon-ish). 🥧

We will have 3 last Pie Drops this year. November 19, December 10th, and the Christmas Drop (Dec 23-24). As they say, on to the next one but we will always have Pie ♥️♥️♥️

PSA: the Frozen Bake At Home Cinnybuns are back in stock! Enjoy freshly baked cinnybuns buns anytime you want. Baking these buns are a piece of pie!

1. Take the buns out of the package and transfer to a parchment paper lined pan.

2. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and thaw overnight in the fridge or at room temp for 2-3 hours. Once soft, let them proof for another 20 minutes or until the buns double in size.

3. Egg wash the buns and bake them at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-18 minutes.

4. Take them out of the oven and lather with our vanilla icing. Enjoy!

We have a new obsession - Leche Flan! Our love for the Filipino leche flan runs deep because my momma makes the best ones - silky smooth from all the egg yolks, with a gorgeous hint of lime zest and of course that iconic caramel top. A limited amount is available for the November 5th drop. Pre orders are open now!
