My name is Gino Francisco and I am a Professional Chef with over 15 years experience in the Food and Beverage industry. As you all know, with the challenges and changes brought upon our industry by Covid-19, I am currently working on a new business model which would bring restaurant quality food to people's homes and work places. I also offer Private Chef services for in home gatherings and specia
l occasions as well as Cooking Classes. (not in operation right now and will resume when the lock down measures are lifted)
I am currently working on setting up a commercial space so I will be offering a limited menu to test the waters and eventually move on to offering a variety of Ready to Eat Meals, Vacuum Packed Heat and Serve Meals, Vacuum Packed and Marinated Meats.

Back in the day, my team and I used to do north of 200 covers for plated parties over the holidays- often mixed in with bus tours, pre show dinner rushes, cocktail parties and the usual dinner rush (being at Yonge and Dundas Square, we were crazy busy!)
Now I’m doing corporate lunches - plated and buffet style service all by myself. It’s definitely a different kind of rush! I do miss my team but I also enjoy the new challenges!
