Today we took care of at their summer friends & family event.

We focused on some themes from their different product lines, creating cocktails & menu items influenced from both Scandinavia, and California or "Scandafornia".

Highlights here include Fiskekaker - a Scandinavian fish fritter with creme fraiche & caviar, as well as a Peach infused Aperol spritz.
